In this role, your mission is to design and deliver high-quality mechanical (HVAC) systems that meet global standards. You will make a direct impact by:

• Producing precise HVAC drawings, specifications, and riser diagrams aligned with building codes.
• Developing load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layouts to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to provide fully coordinated, construction-ready project delivery.

This Role Is for You If…

• Experience: You have progressive experience in HVAC system design for residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
• Technical Skills: You’re proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and creating 3D models, duct layouts, riser diagrams, and construction documentation.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of IBC and applicable NYC, NYS, and NJ building and energy codes, with expertise in heating, cooling, and ventilation system design.
• Strengths: Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with proven ability to coordinate across disciplines.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with sustainable HVAC design, VRF/VRV systems, energy-efficient strategies, and LEED standards.

• Compensation: ₱60,000 to ₱80,000 Base
