Senior Architect

You will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and execution of complex architectural projects. Leveraging your 7 to 10 years of professional experience, you will lead project teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all design solutions meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop innovative design concepts and detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance and presenting design proposals.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into the overall design.
• Oversee project documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and permits.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior architects and other team members.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into project designs.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews, effectively communicating design ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Licensed architect with current registration.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects, demonstrating design excellence and technical proficiency.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
