QAQC Engineer / Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QAQC Engineer/Architect with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of quality control and assurance procedures to ensure all project activities meet the required standards. The role requires independent work, site inspections, and regular coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of construction methodologies and recommend the most efficient and effective approaches.

Inspect and verify materials delivered on-site to ensure they meet the projects specifications and standards.

Monitor and evaluate quality assurance and quality control activities and ensure compliance with current standards and approved plans.

Conduct quality inspections at various stages of construction and ensure proper implementation of QAQC procedures.

Identify and document non-compliances, non-conformance, and issue site instructions as necessary.

Provide up-to-date feedback to management regarding QAQC-related processes and improvements.

Assist in the formulation and development of quality policies, procedures, and quality documentation.

Ensure accurate and systematic documentation of inspections and site quality performance.

Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that quality objectives are met across all project phases.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional license is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QAQC role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and inspection techniques.

Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, QAQC software, etc.).

Systematic, results-oriented, and able to maintain detailed documentation.

Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

Willing to travel and conduct inspections across multiple project sites.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
