Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager involve leading and directing Business Human Resources (BHR) functions, including the administration of pay, benefits, and leave. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for employee engagement, employee and labor relations, and the enforcement and development of company policies and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Manages employee programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment labor law.
  • Manages a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; and recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
  • Provide guidance, training, coaching and counseling of HR-related policies to the HR staff and Department Leaders. These includes performance management, discipline and separation process, succession planning, salary and benefits administration, employee records maintenance, organizational development, and salary structure development.
  • Formulate policies and procedures related to human resource management and implements them among organizational Leaders and employees.
  • Conducts ESAT to ensure all issues are identified and addressed appropriately and to maintain satisfaction level within the organization.
  • Spearhead Employee Engagement Activities to reward and recognize employees and to create a work fun environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Has the ability to multi task

  • Willing to travel to travel to Clark or Subic on a regular basis
