About the role

What you9ll be doing
- Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of training programs to address the specific needs of our workforce
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the professional growth and development of our employees
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee development progress
- Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and assisting with new hire orientation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention

Job Description
- They oversee all key aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, succession planning, compensation management, benefits administration, and compliance. HR Managers also evaluate employee performance and develop initiatives designed to increase retention and improve the employee experience.
Consolidated responsibilities and expectations include:
- Recruits, helps with interviews, hires, and works collaboratively to onboard new staff.
- Provides a framework for constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Works collaboratively to offboard departing employees.
- Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization4s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support HR compliance and strategy needs.
- Administers or collaborates on HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Assists with development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of current staff.
- Nurtures a positive working environment.
- Monitors organizational trends and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies; communicates changes to upper management.
- Develops and implements departmental budget and opportunities for professional development, training, and certification.
- Performs other duties as required.
