Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate training and development programs.
  • Provide HR-related guidance and support to staff.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback.
  • Manage talent acquisition, oversee employee relations, develop retention programs, and maintain HRIS.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a recruiting or talent acquisition role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, Compensation and Benefits, Retention strategies, HRIS systems, excellent communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage talent acquisition, oversee employee relations, develop retention programs, and maintain HRIS.
  • Working Conditions: Full-time office based.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for people management.
