Requirements Educational Qualifications: College Diploma or equivalent Experience Level: Junior: 6 months BPO experience Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to manage scheduling tasks, familiarity with call center operations, and technical proficiency.
