Job Description Patient Interaction & Support Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, family members, referring physicians, and hospital staff via phone and other communication channels. Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries and concerns. Assist patients with navigation of clinic processes and services. Appointment Scheduling & Coordination Schedule and confirm patient appointments for pulmonary and sleep consultations. Ensure accurate and timely booking across multiple providers and locations. Manage cancellations, reschedules, and follow‑ups efficiently. Data Management & Documentation Collect and enter patient demographic, medical, and insurance information into the EMR system. Maintain accurate records and update patient files as needed. Assist in preparing reports and supporting documentation for clinical staff. Administrative Support & Communication Process referrals, prescription refill requests, and other administrative tasks. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages professionally. Compliance & Confidentiality Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and data security. Follow internal protocols and procedures for patient interactions and record‑keeping.
