Job Description We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently, resolve customer issues and complaints with a professional and positive attitude, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Experience Level: Entry-level; no prior experience required. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with call center operations. Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a call center environment.
