Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in ASEANA, Parañaque. The Call Center Agent will handle daily tasks such as managing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include answering calls, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
