About the role

Are you looking for a new opportunity in customer service? We have an exciting full-time role as a Call Center Representative based in Quezon City Metro Manila. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support over the phone or via digital channels. What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming calls from customers and address their queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  3. Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions
  4. Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams or supervisors when needed
  5. Contribute to continuous process improvements and team performance
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

  2. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to provide a positive experience
  3. Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications

  6. Flexible and adaptable to change, with a positive and collaborative attitude
