We areseeking a talented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a full-time Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely fashion
  3. Gather and document customer information accurately
  4. Provide product and service information to customers, and guide them through various processes
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process improvements
