Overview

We're on the hunt for a Player Engagement Manager who's equal parts strategist, creator, and optimizer — someone who understands what makes players tick and knows how to turn every interaction into a win. You'll be the mastermind behind the systems that keep players coming back: XP tiers, daily streaks, leaderboard glory, exclusive offers, and more.

This is an onsite position, where you'll collaborate closely with product, marketing, design, and development to craft experiences that are not only seamless but seriously fun.

What You'll Be Driving
  • Player Experience & Gamification — Build and evolve our loyalty systems, including XP tiers, reward structures, and progression loops.
  • — Own gamified features like leaderboards, daily streaks, and bonus mechanics.
  • — Design and manage compelling promotions and campaigns — from streak rewards to exclusive discounts.
  • — Analyze player behavior and use insights to improve retention and lifetime value.
  • — Partner with design and dev teams to bring engaging, gamified features to life.
  • eCommerce & Site Operations — Oversee and QA player-facing pages (homepage, shop, account dashboard, etc.).
  • — Collaborate with the CMO to optimize conversion through CTA testing, layout experiments, and offer funnels.
  • — Manage and update daily promotional content, offers, and in-game banners.
  • — Ensure a smooth purchase-to-reward experience, maximizing user satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
  • Required Experience & Skills
  • 3+ years in eCommerce, iGaming, or gamified product operations.
  • Deep understanding of player psychology, engagement, and retention mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience managing loyalty systems, virtual currencies, and reward flows.
  • Skilled in A/B testing, behavioral analysis, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
  • Passion for video games, game mechanics, or player-driven experiences.
  • Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with sweepstakes models, gamified campaigns, or virtual economies.
  • Background in seasonal campaign planning or limited-time events.
  • Strong familiarity with user analytics tools and optimization platforms.
