Responsibilities Community Management & Engagement: Enhance and expand the trucker user community through active digital engagement. Arrange focus groups, conduct user interviews, and facilitate online forums to gauge community sentiment. Foster relationships with truck driver instructors, trucking schools, and repair shop networks. Lead community-building campaigns that increase retention and satisfaction. Product Engagement & Insights: Collect, consolidate, and report user feedback related to product usability, features, and bugs. Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to translate user needs into actionable improvements. Track trends in community feedback and behavior to identify engagement opportunities. Communication & Outreach: Execute email and SMS campaigns to drive product updates, feature adoption, or surveys. Respond to user concerns and suggestions, ensuring timely and professional interactions. Train external instructors or community leaders on how to use the product. Project-Based & Ad Hoc Tasks: Support strategic initiatives such as partnership programs, loyalty campaigns, and school outreach. Handle user engagement projects aligned with business goals. Provide real-time support for events and special campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales, or any related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in community engagement, customer success, or marketing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to speak with empathy and clarity. Experience working with logistics, transportation, or SaaS products is a plus. Comfortable managing tasks independently and balancing multiple projects. Knowledge in CRM/email tools, survey tools, and user analytics preferred.
