About the role

As the Social Media Manager at Player haus Computer parts and accessories shop', you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation across our digital channels. This is a full-time role based in White Plains Quezon City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  2. Create visually engaging and on-brand content to post on social media, including images, videos, and captions
  3. Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales
  4. Monitor social media analytics and optimize content and campaigns based on performance
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities are aligned with the overall marketing strategy
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's presence remains relevant and impactful

What we're looking for

  1. 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the retail or ecommerce industry
  2. Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content
  3. Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social or Buffer
  4. Solid understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and audience targeting
  5. Experience in running successful paid social media campaigns
  6. Strong multitasking and project management skills to handle multiple social media accounts and campaigns
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
