Position: Solution Developer (Power Platform & SharePoint) at ERNI

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and recommend solutions aligned with organizational needs.
  • Estimate costs, benefits, performance, and security impacts of proposed solutions, including future enhancements.
  • Design, implement, and maintain solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Ensure business requirements are translated into technical solutions consistent with the overall architecture and roadmap.
  • Lead solution delivery using Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and deployment practices.
  • Work with development teams to create new solutions or enhance existing ones.
  • Review design issues and provide guidance to developers, support engineers, and administrators on defect resolution.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (Requirements Definition Document, Solution Design Document, Security License to Operate, Transition Support & Maintenance Plan).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, analyze architectures for weaknesses, and recommend enhancements.
  • Conduct system security assessments to ensure compliance with security frameworks and data protection.
  • Provide post-deployment support and maintenance for at least 12 months.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Power Pages) and SharePoint (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, migration).
  • Strong experience in solution architecture involving server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.
  • Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Power Pages)
  • SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx)
  • .NET, C#, Visual Basic, Visual Studio
  • REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and database engines
  • Proven experience in requirement analysis, business process re-engineering, and enterprise architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product management, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical, managerial, and operational issues.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage significant activities, and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills (written and verbal in English).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
