Key Responsibilities

• Lead product delivery teams and participate as a principal member in major systems development projects, following client product delivery lifecycle.
• Design and oversee the solution architecture of Digital Knowledge Management systems, including their (Gen)AI components, content ingestion pipelines and integrations.
• Ensure that Digital Knowledge and Records Management systems comply with client responsible AI framework.
• Manage cloud-based systems in Azure or other leading cloud providers, setting up scalable and secure solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, vendors and peers.
• Ensure compliance of managed systems with all applicable standards, including clients' engineering, security standards and global best practices.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions, following best industry practices.
• Together with vendors and the client infrastructure team, set up the technical cloud environment(s) of assigned application systems in Azure and AWS, including CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Provide product support following agreed SLAs, in close coordination with clients' IT help desk and business stakeholders.
• Champion service delivery through Agile, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and lead the support and sustainability of automation programs.

Qualifications Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other relevant fields or related areas, preferably with Master’s Degree or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience implementing large-scale IT systems, including 2 to 3 years of experience in team leadership for relatively big systems implementation projects. Additionally, at least 5 years of experience in enterprise applications and 3 years of experience in team leadership for application systems development projects. At least 4 years of supervisory experience is required.

Technical Knowledge

MUST HAVE

• At least 4 years of experience delivering cloud systems in Azure (or AWS), including hands-on experience, including development of CI/CD pipelines.
• At least 4 years of experience in full stack development with common technologies, incl. React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, HTML, Web services.
• Experience with delivering at least 1 AI project, preferably GenAI related projects.
• Excellent ability in systems analysis and design, and in preparing functional and detailed specifications.
• Experience with and knowledge of Agile system development methodologies, product development, and the use of associated productivity tools (Azure DevOps, SDLC).

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience delivering and maintaining M365 and SharePoint in large corporate settings, including hands-on experience.
• Experience implementing search engines, relevance ranking, and search engine optimization.
• Experience with DataDog.
• Certifications in Secure Coding, Scrum, or DevOps will be a plus.
• Excellent experience providing support for IT systems.
• Experience implementing (Generative) Artificial Intelligence solutions to production.
