The Role

As a Solutions Architect at Stratpoint, you will work closely with the Pre-Sales team and engineering and delivery managers and interface directly with clients to design and implement technology solutions that address specific business challenges. This position translates complex business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions and requires experience in product development and architecture.

Your Team

You will join a dynamic team of Solutions Architects under Architecture Governance, collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to elevate Stratpoint’s architectural expertise and align it with clients’ strategic goals. Your industry knowledge will help drive Stratpoint’s initiatives and deliver tailored solutions that meet client challenges.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the FCTO and Architecture Governance to develop IT architectures that support organizational objectives and client requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for architectural discussions during client meetings, capturing business requirements and operational challenges.
• Product and Solution Development: Design and implement tailored solutions using extensive product development experience.
• Process Mapping: Map business processes to ensure solutions address workflows and inefficiencies.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Translate strategic visions into technical actions and oversee cloud-based, scalable implementations.
• Project Leadership: Coordinate across domains to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
• Client Presentations and Relationship Management: Lead technical presentations and maintain client relationships, adapting strategies as needed.
• Documentation and Quality Assurance: Create detailed documentation and uphold standards of quality and reliability.
• Industry Insight and Best Practices: Provide insights on emerging technologies and advocate best practices in architecture and product design.

About You

You are/have: (required skills needed)

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in roles such as System Analyst, Solution Designer, Application Architect, Application Manager, Cloud Architect, or Cloud Engineer with experience launching successful products.
• Expertise in Process Mapping: Strong ability to document and improve processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in systems integration, software development, and cloud-based architectures with provider-agnostic capabilities.
• Strategic Thinking: Experience developing and implementing strategic tech frameworks.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to interface with stakeholders and articulate complex concepts.
• Communication and Leadership: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and innovative solution skills.

Nice to Have

• Startup experience is a plus.
