This is your chance to own the Cebu market , lead key distributor accounts, and take charge of transforming strategy into street-level results. If you’re a driven, relationship-savvy FMCG leader who thrives in the field What You’ll Do: ✅ Achieve 100% sales vs. target across assigned distributor territories ✅ Ensure prompt collection (≤ 14 days) and manage returns/rebates within 2% ✅ Expand distribution reach to a minimum of 500 doors or 50% market universe ✅ Lead and develop distributor teams aligned with DEG’s brand and trade goals ✅ Use data analytics to track performance, trends, and account health ✅ Solve real-time problems and negotiate solutions with agility ✅ Conduct trade checks, fieldwork, and cross‑functional coordination with internal teams 3–5+ years of experience in FMCG (Distributor or Modern Trade experience preferred) Strong background in handling field execution and distributor performance Sharp negotiation and partnership‑building skills Analytical and data‑savvy; can create insights and actions from sales data Agile, resourceful, and resilient in high‑pressure scenarios Results‑oriented with proven sales growth achievements Must be based in Cebu Why Join DEG?
