Be part of a leading beverage distribution company and take on a strategic leadership role We are seeking a highly experienced Distributor Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of our distribution partners. This role ensures business growth through efficient route planning, inventory control, sales development, and KPI execution.
- A degree in Business Management, or any other similar discipline
- At least 5-years extensive experience on any fast-moving consumer goods company preferably in the field returnable glass business
- Experienced in customer service system, sales distribution and sales management
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing the Distributor's organization and business with the end in mind of achieving Contributory Objectives like the Key Sales Indicators or the parameters used by ABI in measuring distributor's performance.
Act as liaison between the Distributor and ABI personnel.
- Lead in implementing business building programs for the Distributor operations.
- Responsible in Selling In of ABI products, and to maintain standard stocking inventory level
- Intensely monitoring excellent distribution of ABI products in the assigned area, through sales forecasting, product/service availability, lead time estimates, order status, delivery schedules
