Overview

Position: Business Development Director
Department: Business Development
Location: Clark Global City, Pampanga, Philippines
Reporting To: CEO
Layer: Executive

Responsibilities
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan for prospective and existing clients that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales revenue targets within named existing and prospective client accounts.
  • Setting individual sales and activity targets with members of the business development, client account management, and the digital and direct marketing teams.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the business development and client account management teams to maintain and increase annuity and non-recurring revenue sources.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation through digital and direct marketing teams.
  • Providing ongoing training for your business development and client account managers.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, goal setting, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and its products.
  • Aligning target clients and prospective clients with our service offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing business development, lead generation and client management strategies.
  • Experience managing and directing personnel at different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great client experience service.
  • Ability to lead a business development effort globally for customers.

  • Salary: From Php100,000.00 per month
