LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

CLIENT: USA; REMOTE

SHIFT: NIGHT / GRAVEYARD PHT

TYPE: FULL TIME; INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Lead Generation Specialist (HubSpot Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through inbound and outbound strategies using HubSpot CRM and automation tools.
  • Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, web forms, landing pages, and social media).
  • Maintain and update the HubSpot database to ensure accuracy, segmentation, and effective lead scoring.
  • Develop and implement workflows, sequences, and automated email campaigns to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies with company goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to measure lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences and new business opportunities.
  • Ensure GDPR and data privacy compliance in all lead handling processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
  • Knowledge of lead nurturing, funnel management, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, professional services, or marketing agencies.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, or paid ads.
  • Competency in Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking and reporting.

Work from Home Requirements (Must have before the start date)

  • Internet Connection : Min of 30 mbps wired internet connection speed AND a backup internet connection (before start date)
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a working computer with updated current programmes from home with Dual Monitors
  • Noise Canceling Headset (Plantronics)
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Must be comfortable working with a Monitoring Software (for payroll and timekeeping purposes only)
  • Webcam - Contractors must have a working webcam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
