Lead Generation Specialist – Santa Rosa
Job Description:
- Willing to work in PASAY (note: original postings mention both PASAY and Santa Rosa; confirm location during application).

- Plan, organize, and implement market surveys to obtain data that provides insights to market trends and consumer requirements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team, Chefs and Creatives.
- Develop marketing strategies and execute plans for new and existing F&B concepts/products, including events, traditional media relations, social media marketing, aggregator collaborations (Grab/Food Panda), drive-to-website efforts, and influencer collaborations.
- Analyze post-marketing plan execution results, following KPI and ROAS targets.
- Stay in touch with the market to anticipate trends and apply insights to the business.
- Oversee the design and publication of promotional materials such as ad posts and flyers.
- Monitor the performance of products in the market to modify marketing strategies as needed.

- Graduate of B.S. Marketing
- Experience in the F&B industry (Restaurant) as Marketing Assistant Manager or Marketing Manager
- Analytical, creative with excellent communication skills; flexible with good characteristics

Summary :
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record in stakeholder management, marketing automation, and cloud technology. Requires 4-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation processes, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). This role works with a global marketing stakeholders community and reports to the Corporate Communications Support Team Manager, Marketing Automations Manager, and Global Head of Web and Marketing Technology.
Responsibilities :
- Primary point of contact for stakeholders across global teams; capture, prioritize, and implement requirements within marketing automation platforms.
- Manage completeness of requests and related documents for the marketing automation queue.
- Design and implement advanced, multi-channel campaigns using templates; ensure governance, brand guidelines, and best practices; strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud; multi-channel campaigns, retargeting, optimization.
- Train internal stakeholders and mentor Level 1 Marketing Automation Specialists.
- Co-manage webinars and surveys; train marketers to run cross-channel promotions.
- Support tool integrations; ensure adherence to best practices.
- Quality Assurance and SLA: perform QA on campaigns; ensure compliance with processes, governance, and brand guidelines; meet SLA commitments (e.g., responses within 24 hours).
- Cross-functional collaboration for seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on marketing automation trends and suggest process improvements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, marketing, communications or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail.
- Experience in web publishing and supporting technologies (HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop) is advantageous.
- HTML/CSS experience (1-2 years) is mandatory.
- Stakeholder management experience and IT background preferred.
- Experience with Eloqua Marketing Automation is a plus; fresh graduates with HTML/CSS knowledge are welcome.
