We are seeking a full-time HR Executive (Recruitment) based in the Philippines to support our Singapore HR team. This role focuses recruitment activities and general HR support. You will manage end-to-end hiring processes, partner with Singapore hiring managers, and contribute to HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel to Singapore for a 6-month on-site assignment to gain hands‑on regional experience and strengthen collaboration with the team. Recruitment Partner with Singapore hiring managers to plan and execute recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre‑employment coordination. Conduct proactive sourcing and talent mapping through online platforms and professional networks. Maintain accurate recruitment records, data, and reports for tracking and analytics. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns across Asia. Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience. General HR Support Assist in HR administration, maintaining employee records and HR databases. Support engagement programs, HR projects, and process improvements. Coordinate training logistics and performance review activities. Contribute to HR reporting and project coordination with the Singapore team. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in in‑house or shared services roles supporting regional operations. Familiarity with Singapore employment practices is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ATS systems is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; organised, adaptable, and able to work independently across time zones. Willing to travel to Singapore for up to 6 months as part of the role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
