Type: Independent Contractor Experience: 3–4 years Language: Fluent in Mandarin / Korean / Japanese (speaking, reading, writing — any one language) + Good English Role Responsibilities Provide IT Infrastructure support including troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, and network issues. Hands‑on experience with Windows & Mac OS, Active Directory, Messaging, and User Profile Administration. Application installation/uninstallation, Outlook & MS Office troubleshooting. Support end‑users with laptops, desktops, MFDs, mobiles, and tablets. Work with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow / Remedy. Handle PC setup, configuration, and break‑fix activities. Requirements 3–4 years of experience in IT support / Service Desk / System or Network Admin. Strong understanding of PC setup, configuration, and break‑fix activities. Excellent customer management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. MCP / ITIL certification is a plus (not mandatory).
