About the Role

One Luna Global Connections, Inc. is hiring multilingual IT Service Desk Engineers to be deployed for a global IT infrastructure and managed services company.

You'll be part of a dynamic support team providing field and remote IT services, ensuring smooth operations for enterprise-level clients.


Available Openings

  • 2 Mandarin-speaking IT Service Desk Engineers
  • 2 Japanese-speaking IT Service Desk Engineers
  • 2 Korean-speaking IT Service Desk Engineers

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Perform troubleshooting, system administration, and end-user support (onsite).
  • Assist in incident resolution, patch management, and system maintenance.
  • Coordinate with global teams for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin / Japanese / Korean (spoken and written).
  • Strong command of English for business communication.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk roles.
  • Knowledge in desktop/network/firewall troubleshooting, OS upgrades, and Cisco device configuration is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Taguig City (with potential hybrid arrangement).
