Key Responsibilities Business Development & Acquisition Identify and close new corporate accounts. Create tailored proposals using CTI’s services and tools. Research market trends and build a strong sales pipeline. Account Management & Retention Lead Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Conduct QBRs to uncover growth opportunities. Monitor SLAs and address client feedback promptly. Leadership & Team Management Coach and motivate CSMs to meet goals. Foster collaboration across teams. Align communication between operations, finance, and BD units. Performance & Revenue Targets Achieve portfolio revenue and margin goals. Help develop performance-based incentives. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field. 5+ years in corporate sales, business development, or account management. Proven record in client acquisition and revenue growth. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills. Familiarity with travel booking tools or corporate travel solutions is a plus.
