Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar supervisory role in an automotive dealership or related industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills; able to enforce policies and guide a team of Sales Executives effectively
- Proficient in sales reporting, data analysis, and preparation of accurate sales reports
- Knowledgeable in sales documentation processes, including quotations, purchase agreements, and financing computations
- Experience in developing marketing activities and client acquisition strategies (corporate, fleet, government accounts)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work cross-functionally with other departments and branches
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Trustworthy in handling confidential information and ensuring company asset protection
- Willing to perform other tasks that may be assigned by the superior
- See to it that office policies and decorum are being followed by Sales Executives
- Prepare and present Accurate Sales Analysis on a weekly basis
- Sees to it that quotas of commissioned and salaried Sales Executives are consistently attained
- Initiate and evaluate Marketing activities and reports, Saturation drive and itineraries of Sales Executives
- Assists in developing new accounts (Corporate, Government and Fleet)
- Facilitate Sales Executives in Basic Training Programs
- Responsible in thoroughly checking of all Sales documents such as:
- Quotation
- Pre-Purchase Agreement
- Purchase Agreement
- before forwarding it to another concerned department
- Provide computations and breakdowns in the Pre-Purchase Agreement such as financing, discounts given, subsidies received from IPC, etc.
- Ensuring that sales goals and quotas are achieved
- Monitoring of inventory and aging units
- Communicate and Coordinate with other branches for unit availability
- Responsible for allocating and assigning units
- Ensures the protection of the organization's assets by maintaining information confidentiality
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Superior from time to time
