Job Description

Reports to: Digital Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for building and implementing marketing automation campaigns, emails, landing pages, and forms. Handles requests of varying complexity and focuses on tasks such as developing campaigns, executing test plans, ensuring deliverability, and providing performance metrics. They will also represent 3M by adhering to brand standards and digital best practices.

Job Responsibilities Email Marketing, Website Forms, and Landing Pages
  • Create, build, test, and manage automated marketing campaigns such as lead nurture and trigger-based campaigns.
  • Create and execute basic email campaigns.
  • Create and manage forms, ensuring proper design, functionality, submission success, and tracking, in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
  • Build campaigns based on workflows designed by digital strategists and project managers.
  • Improve performance through ongoing testing and analysis.
Contact Management
  • Manage contact list uploads in compliance with 3M standards.
  • Manage target segments for campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and report on campaign performance.
  • Ensure data quality and cleanliness.
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting campaign metrics.
  • Analyze data and provide recommendations for engagement improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience with a Marketing Automation platform.
  • At least 2 years of working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Eloqua, Workfront, Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and related fields.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in teams.
