The Automation and Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for gathering and documenting processes selected for automation. The role ensures that these processes are appropriately scoped, prepared for automation, and documented. They support planning, track progress, and help deliver efficient, automated transactional processes within the Shared Services organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather accurate process information for automation initiatives
  • Ensure approvals are in place for all automation-related changes
  • Maintain and update the automation catalog with documentation and components
  • Communicate new automations to relevant stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc automation projects
  • Ensure processes comply with internal policies, financial guidelines, and SOX requirements
  • Promote automation solutions that align with business requirements and improve user experience
  • Support automation of reporting activities where relevant

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a business or process-focused environment
  • Proven experience in process improvement and implementation
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (or equivalent)

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Studies, Finance, or Information Systems
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification (minimum 3 years of transactional process experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of Blue Prism, SAP, VBA, SharePoint, or similar technologies is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
