QA Analyst

About the Role
Vertere Global Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester specializing in automation testing using Selenium. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure our software solutions meet the highest quality standards. This is a project-based role with potential for future engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA members to define test requirements and strategies.
Identify, log, and track defects through resolution using issue-tracking tools.
Conduct regression, functional, and integration testing.
Prepare and present test reports to stakeholders.
Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in QA testing with a strong focus on automation.
Proficient in Selenium WebDriver (Java, Python, or C#).
Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks.
Knowledge of QA methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Must be open to work full onsite or hybrid in Makati or BGC.
Must be open to project-based roles.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
API testing experience (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
