Job Description
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications using tools such as Selenium, Postman, or similar
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks for regression, smoke, and sanity testing
  • Execute and analyze load, stress, and performance tests using tools like JMeter
  • Define and validate non-functional requirements (NFRs) and performance benchmarks
  • Monitor application behavior under load using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Oracle OEM
  • Integrate automated and performance test scripts into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab
  • Prepare and manage test plans, test data, and execution reports for both functional and non-functional testing
  • Identify, log, and track defects; work with development and infrastructure teams to analyze root causes and implement solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies, standards, and tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of solid experience as an Automation Tester.(Non-negotiable)
  • Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing.(Non-negotiable)
  • Must have hands-on experience in automation using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.(Non-negotiable)
  • Must have experience in JMeter or similar tools for load and stress testing.(Non-negotiable)
  • Must have experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar.(Non-negotiable)
  • Must have working knowledge of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based repositories.(Non-negotiable)
  • Must have experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.(Non-negotiable)
