Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to lead our data-driven marketing automation and contact management strategies for our Workflow and Insights businesses. This permanent full-time role is based in BGC Taguig City with a hybrid work model (at least 2 in-office days per week).

What You Will Do

• Own and optimize marketing automation workflows, including Marketo, nurturing sequences, and other critical workflows for engagement and demand generation.
• Collaborate with Marketing functional teams to identify and develop ideas for better leveraging Marketing Automation tools.
• Create and manage forms, data capture, and data flows for the business.
• Facilitate seamless integration of third-party platforms (e.g., Knack, ON24, Outreach) in collaboration with enterprise-wide and global platform teams to optimize program effectiveness.
• Develop, test, and optimize lead generation forms and website tracking to gather, segment, and nurture leads, including lead gen campaigns on paid media and programmatic advertising.
• Ensure proper governance within automation tools, aligning sales and marketing efforts.
• Drive audience segmentation and data-sourcing standard processes, including inclusion lists, opt-ins, and other contact sources.
• Partner with teams to monitor Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) criteria and ensure a seamless sales handoff in line with the firm-wide Lead Management Framework.

CRM Strategy, Governance, and Monitoring (Salesforce)

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, data analytics, and other teams to optimize lead pipeline workflows and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to implement lead lifecycle tracking, reporting, and automation to enhance lead-to-revenue and conversion rates.
• Establish governance for lead source attribution, client journey, campaign tagging, and tracking in collaboration with Performance Marketing.

Campaign Execution & Performance Support

• Support tactical paid programs (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with accurate tracking and attribution.
• Utilize social media scaling platforms to enhance organic engagement and lead generation.
• Implement and optimize Monday.com workflows to improve collaboration and project management.
• Standardize housekeeping on Marketo programs, tagging, and reporting to funnel efforts to reporting.
• Collaborate to measure campaign performance, pipeline impact, and marketing contribution to revenue.

What We Expect

• 5-7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or CRM strategy.
• Expertise in Marketo (certification preferred) and experience integrating it with Salesforce CRM.
• Strong understanding of lead pipeline governance, MQL qualification, and sales handoff methodologies.
• Experience with ON24, Outreach, Knack, and Monday.com is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with paid campaigns, website tracking, and social media automation.
• Ability to analyze complex marketing data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to work in mid and night shift schedule.
