1. Knowledge, Skills, and Capability
   • Must be a College Graduate of any Business Course
   • Must have sales experience related in healthcare particularly Dialysis
   • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
2. Job Summary
   • Experience selling into Hemodialysis machines and consumables/ or related medical equipment
   • Successful track record of sales
   • Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
   • Experience with Dialysis equipment is highly desirable but not essential
3. Duties and Responsibilities
   • Prepare the weekly itinerary and daily post call.
   • Attend meetings with sales team (Twice a day).
   • Develop and implement a territory business plan to meet the territory target, the business unit, the division and the corporate expectation.
   • Manage and develop sales activities within the dialysis market for the territory.
   • Identify key customers within the territory and build solid relationships to promote focus products and the company.
   • Understand competitors and their activities.
   • Keep abreast of market developments and supply information back to the company regularly.
   • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
   • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
   • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; proposing profit and service improvements.
   • Plan and propose to Management any appropriate sales marketing strategy.
   • The duties above are not exclusive; other duties may be assigned.
   • The duties may be revised in accordance with service exigencies.
4. Salary Range
   • Php 20,000 basic salary
   • Plus actual reimbursement in transportation (gas, toll) with food reimbursement
5. Job Location (Field work)
   • Priority sales area: Manila and Rizal; Cavite and Lower Laguna
   • Additional sales area: Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte and Albay; Nueva Ecija and Nueva Vizcaya; Isabela, Quirino, Ifugao and Cagayan; Ilocos Sur, Norte and Abra
6. Work Schedule
   • 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
