KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and coordinate daily logistics activities including receiving, storage, dispatching, and transportation. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including trip logs, fuel consumption, and incident reports. Manage drivers, riders, helper and logistics support teams, providing guidance and training as needed. Monitor staffs’ performance, attendance, and adherence to company policies and safety regulations. Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure fleet availability and reliability. Track and control transport costs, including fuel usage, repairs, rentals, and outsourced services. Resolve operational issues such as delays, accidents, or service complaints in a timely and professional manner. Develop and implement efficient logistics procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and government regulations. Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics transactions. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues related to logistics operations. Prepare and analyze logistics performance reports, including delivery accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency. Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehousing, transport, and distribution processes. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportation operations. Proficiency in logistics systems, ERP/WMS software, and MS Office applications. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
