About the role

Techcare Electronics Service Center is seeking a full-time Rider to join our team in Novaliches, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Rider, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient service of air conditioning, washing machine, Television and refrigeration, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our technicians in providing high-quality repair and maintenance services.

What you'll be doing

Safely service aircon, washing machine, tv and refrigerator units to customer location

Assist with loading and unloading of equipment, ensuring proper handling and care

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups

Communicate with customers and the service team to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues

Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the Techcare service operations

What we're looking for

Valid driver's license and experience operating motorcycles or small delivery vehicles

Good knowledge of the local area and ability to navigate efficiently

Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively

Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Physically fit and able to lift and maneuvers heavy equipment

Reliable, punctual and dedicated to providing exceptional service
