Job Mission The Digital Copywriter is a master wordsmith responsible for crafting engaging and persuasive content that will help our clients achieve their goals. You will work closely with other creatives and our Accounts team to develop content that is aligned with our clients' brand identity and target audience. Expected Outcomes First 90 Days Familiarise yourself with the work process. Two-pronged:Within the Content team: How tasks are distributed within the team and approvals Within the larger organisation: Get to know the Design and Animation team, and who you need to talk to get the results you need Familiarise yourself with the Accounts teams. This involves knowing:Which Accounts teams handle which projects Which AEs handle each account Familiarise yourself with the accounts you’re working on Familiarise yourself with all the projects that the Content Team is working on Day-to-Day Expectations Must know how to conceptualise and craft copy on the assigned accounts Can deliver output on time and on standard, with minimal revisions Knows the work process so you know who to collaborate with, get approvals from or ask questions of Core Competencies Organisational Traits: Adaptability, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Organisation Skills, Resourcefulness, Strategic Thinking Role Competencies: Social Media Content Writing, Long-form Writing, Conceptual Skills, Initiative, Intelligence, Logic Our Core Values Innovation: Growth is our default.
