Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Develop and implement a data-informed content strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). Create monthly content calendars, including post planning, copywriting, scheduling, and publishing. Align content with brand voice and campaign goals using compelling visuals and storytelling. Manage audience engagement—responding to comments, DMs, and mentions within 24 hours. Collaborate with influencers, creators, and internal design teams to produce impactful content. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations. Maintain PR and media relationships for earned media coverage and brand visibility. Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports with insights and recommendations. Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn. Segment and target audiences using advanced tools; tailor creatives per platform and objective (e.g., awareness, conversion, lead gen). Implement and manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, and GA4. Leverage automation tools (Zapier, Meta Rules, Google Ads Scripts) to enhance efficiency and lead sync to CRM. Conduct A/B tests on ad formats, copy, and creatives; analyze performance and iterate. Develop real-time dashboards and monthly reports using Super metrics or Google Looker Studio. Collaborate with the social and sales teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising. Proven track record of successful Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn campaigns. Proficient in ad automation and analytics tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Zapier, Make, Looker Studio. Strong copywriting, creative direction, and brand storytelling abilities. Skilled in PR/media coordination and influencer collaborations. Deep understanding of platform algorithms and user behavior trends. Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and optimizing campaigns.
