We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us strengthen our online presence, engage our digital community, and drive growth across all digital channels. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (including Meta, Google, TikTok, and influencer collaborations). Manage and optimize the brand’s website, e-commerce platform, and SEO/SEM strategies. Develop and implement social media content calendars in alignment with brand campaigns and product launches. Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates, ROI). Collaborate with creative, PR, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all platforms. Stay current with digital trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities within the beauty and cosmetics industry. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of social media platforms, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools. Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual communication skills. Analytical and data-driven approach to campaign management. Passion for beauty, trends, and consumer engagement.
