Role : Digital Marketing E-commerce & Social SpecialistWork Arrangement : Work From HomeLocation : Any CS Branch – Makati/Ortigas/Cebu/Mabalacat/Angeles/DavaoSchedule : Morning Shift As a small team, we need a digital dynamo to shape our digital presence with expertise across Shopify and driving online revenue, while also growing brand awareness and guiding consumer journeys in the digital space. You will be our in‑house expert in e‑commerce, EDMs, SEM/SEO, social media, and content, working alongside internal brand marketing and design teams, and a digital media agency. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the marketing calendar and strategy across digital, e‑commerce, email, and social platforms in collaboration with the Head of Marketing to achieve business and brand KPIs. Plan and execute e‑commerce promotional programs, email marketing, partnerships, affiliate marketing, reward programs, Google and social media strategy that drive online revenue targets, increase website traffic, expand the email database, optimise conversion, raise basket size and lifetime value, and build broad brand awareness. Manage and maintain Shopify and supporting applications and integrations, ensuring technical proficiency and maintenance. Continuously optimise the website and all online brand touchpoints. Co‑ordinate and implement engagement programmes, collaborations, partnerships, and events with talent, brands, influencers, content creators, and community partners. Support brand team in digital brand and product campaign planning and execution, contributing to strategic and creative brainstorms for campaigns, content, and promotional ideas. Support sales team with Shopify+ B2B platform management and optimisation. Potentially support the implementation and growth strategy of e‑commerce. Bonus Skills (Not mandatory) Brand management in FMCG or food industry. International e‑commerce expansion experience. Shopify+ B2B strategy & implementation. Basic web development & coding. Content creation. Digital media buying: Google & Meta. Non‑negotiable Skills & Requirements Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field. At least 4+ years of hands‑on experience managing and maintaining an e‑commerce store. Proven experience developing and implementing digital brand marketing strategies with strength in social media across Meta (Facebook & Instagram essential) and Google (SEM & SEO). Proven results developing and executing online sales strategies across various digital platforms that drive online traffic and sales. Technical proficiency in e‑commerce platforms – Shopify (essential), Shopify+. Proficiency in email marketing growth strategy, management, and implementation with Klaviyo essential. Understanding of the consumer journey with application to a content and communication strategy. Strong written, visual & communication skills including copywriting and editing. An eye for high‑quality content and brand execution at every touchpoint. Strong analysis and data‑driven decision‑making skills across Google, Meta and Klaviyo.
