This role will take ownership of onboarding new clients, setting up campaigns, creating ad assets, monitoring performance, and delivering insights that drive client success. You will work closely with the Studio Lead and report directly to the Managing Director, with the opportunity to own campaigns end-to-end and occasionally contribute to other marketing projects when capacity allows. What You'll Be Doing Onboard new client accounts and ensure accurate campaign setup Build and launch PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Create campaign assets including ad copy, graphics, and ad sets Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns for peak performance Prepare reports and deliver actionable recommendations to clients Troubleshoot campaign issues and offer effective solutions Collaborate with the Studio Lead and support broader marketing initiatives during downtime Minimum 2 years of experience directly managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Strong account management skills and experience handling multiple clients Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Office/Google Suite High attention to detail and ability to work independently Proactive problem-solver with a client-first mindset Passionate about delivering excellent results and staying ahead of best practice trends Bonus Points For Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, or programmatic platforms Skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Looker Studio Copywriting or graphic design experience (a plus but not required) Leave accrual upon hiring Wellness perks Specific client-initiated benefits Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
