In this role, your mission is to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting that drives the success of property operations. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Preparing monthly financial statement packages that guide strategic decisions.
  • Monitoring property cash balances to safeguard financial stability.
  • Partnering with property management teams to deliver responsive and accurate financial insights.
  • Supporting audits, budgets, and new property transitions with precision and reliability.
This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

  • Background in real estate or property management accounting preferred
  • Strong grasp of GAAP, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn accounting software
  • Knowledge of property management systems (Entrata, Yardi, Real Page) preferred

Non-Negotiables:

  • Degree in Accounting
  • Night shift availability (8 PM–5 AM PH Time)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
