REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science, Major in Accountancy (WITH OR WITHOUT PRC LICENSE)
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in Property Management Accounting
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned in The Beacon Makati Condo

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the financial operations of real estate or property management companies.
  • Handles tasks like recording financial transactions, managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial reports, and assisting with audits.
  • Ensures the accuracy of financial records and contribute to the smooth functioning of the property management team.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries and subsidiary ledgers.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets, potentially including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Must be proficient in using both the QuickBooks accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite of programs like Word and Excel
  • Detail-oriented
  • Organized

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php39,000.00 per month
