Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Channel Business Development Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the IT channel sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners to foster business growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and sales.
  2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with existing partners.
  3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop channel strategies aligned with business goals.
  4. Sales Enablement: Provide training and resources to partners on ManageEngine products and value propositions.
  5. Joint Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on partner performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  7. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities in the IT channel space.
  8. Conflict Resolution: Address channel conflicts professionally to maintain positive relationships.
  9. Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product and service improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT channel sales or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Deep understanding of IT channel ecosystems, distribution models, and sales cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English and one other local language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
