Job Description:

KOL/Influencer Marketing

  • Lead planning and execution of KOL campaigns across the digital platforms.
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with mid to large-tier KOLs and influencers.
  • Strategically match influencers with brand objectives and product campaigns.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop platform-specific content strategies that drive engagement, brand affinity, and conversions.
  • Oversee the creation of short-form video, livestream content, and product-led storytelling tailored for TikTok and Shopee audiences.
  • Work closely with internal content and design teams for seamless execution.

Online Channel Marketing

  • Drive organic and paid digital campaigns tailored for TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and IG Shops.
  • Track campaign performance, iterate strategies based on real-time analytics, and report results to leadership.
  • Optimize user journey from content to conversion on e-commerce platforms.

Brand & Market Understanding

  • Stay on top of PH market trends, youth culture, and the evolving beauty/skincare influencer ecosystem.
  • Translate market trends into actionable campaign opportunities for the brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Has 3 to 7 years of relevant marketing experience; prior work in the skincare or beauty industry is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in KOL/influencer marketing with visible campaign outcomes.
  • Strong skills in content strategy and development, particularly for short-form video and livestream formats.
  • Deep understanding of online marketing platforms including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Instagram Shop.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Sharp execution instincts, creative problem-solving, and a keen eye for PH beauty market trends.
