Responsibilities Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales growth. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring mutual success. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop channel strategies that align with overall business objectives. Sales Enablement: Provide training and resources to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and value propositions. Joint Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute joint promotional activities, campaigns, and events with marketing teams. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance; provide insights for improvement. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities in the IT channel space. Conflict Resolution: Address channel conflicts promptly to maintain positive partner relationships. Feedback Loop: Gather partner and customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in IT channel sales / business development. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT channel ecosystems, distribution models, and sales cycles. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in English and another local language for liaison with partners. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Self-Motivation: Proactive, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
