PH - Channel Business Development Manager (ManageEngine) – Zoho APAC, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines
Experience: 5+ years in IT channel sales / business development; strong technology focus and ability to build partnerships.
Responsibilities- Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales growth.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring mutual success.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop channel strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Sales Enablement: Provide training and resources to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and value propositions.
- Joint Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute joint promotional activities, campaigns, and events with marketing teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance; provide insights for improvement.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities in the IT channel space.
- Conflict Resolution: Address channel conflicts promptly to maintain positive partner relationships.
- Feedback Loop: Gather partner and customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Experience: 5+ years in IT channel sales / business development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT channel ecosystems, distribution models, and sales cycles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in English and another local language for liaison with partners.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-Motivation: Proactive, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to meet partners and attend industry events.
