Quality Analyst Educator (Medical Abstraction) Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines | 3 days ago The Quality Analyst Educator supports clinical performance through education and training. Responsibilities Train and onboard new Quality Analysts: Deliver comprehensive training to ensure new team members are well-prepared and integrated seamlessly into the team. Provide real-time support and guidance: Answer questions and offer on-the-spot education to help Analysts perform effectively and continuously improve. Conduct targeted team training: Lead sessions on regulatory updates, IT platform changes, and upcoming deadlines to keep the team informed and compliant. Serve as liaison across departments: Maintain communication with customer hospitals, Clinical Quality offices, and other departments to facilitate collaboration and alignment. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience providing training and/or education, with a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exceptional communication abilities are essential, enabling effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
