Salary Package

Total: ₱83,000 – ₱86,000 (negotiable, capped at ₱90,000)

Breakdown:

Basic Pay: ₱28,000 – ₱31,000

Language Premium: ₱55,000


Role Overview

We're looking for multilingual Quality Analysts to join our Taguig site for a one-year project-based engagement.

Candidates will be responsible for monitoring customer interactions, ensuring service quality, and driving process improvements — no prior QA experience required.

Qualifications

Education: At least Senior High School graduate (Bachelor's Degree preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience using the target language (mandatory).

BPO or customer service background preferred.

QA experience not required but an advantage.

Language proficiency: Must be fluent in one of the listed languages.

Preferred:

Language certification (not required)

Prior residency or study in the corresponding country


Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and listening skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer interactions (calls, emails, logs) for quality assurance

Provide timely feedback to teams and agents

Facilitate calibration and coaching sessions

Prepare and publish QA reports, dashboards, and performance insights

Support process improvement and compliance initiatives

Track and analyze trends to improve CSAT and FCR metrics


Contract Terms

Duration: 1 year (renewable upon performance and project continuation)

Renewal: Second year offers full regularization and benefits
