Overview

The R&D and QA/QC Manager is responsible for overseeing product research and development, ensuring the consistent quality and safety of all baked goods. This role leads the creation and improvement of bakery products while establishing and maintaining quality assurance and control systems to comply with food safety standards and internal policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a QA/QC or R&D role in a bakery or food manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety laws and regulations.
  • Experience in recipe formulation, product testing, and shelf-life analysis.
  • Proficient in documentation, reporting, and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
