Become part of IONOS and grow with us. About the team: You will join the IONOS Cloud Quality team responsible for ensuring the quality of the IONOS Cloud Platform, one of our most strategic products. As a new leadership role, this position offers the opportunity to build a QA team from scratch, shape its culture and processes, and collaborate directly with development and product teams. You will work in a hybrid setup from our Cebu office, with close collaboration across international IONOS teams. Main responsibilities: Build, lead, and develop a small QA team; Design, structure, and execute comprehensive test cases; Ensure high test coverage and maintain quality standards; Collaborate closely with development teams and product managers; Guide and mentor the team in understanding cloud infrastructure and the IONOS platform; Conduct regression testing of web applications; International experience in managing teams; Proven experience in QA, with a focus on UI testing; Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches and tools; Solid understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure components; Ability to create and manage test plans independently; Comfortable working in Linux environments and logging into servers; Strong communication and leadership skills; Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Would be a plus: Experience with automation tools like Selenium or Playwright; Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows; Knowledge of observability tools for debugging and monitoring; Previous work on cloud-native platforms or SaaS products.
